Property Inspections

Property Inspections are done by our managers at the specified frequency of the management agreement or owners request.  During these inspections, we refer to a well detailed list that helps us to assure that there is no property damage, plumbing problems, electric, etc.  As soon as a problem is apparent, we assess the problem, fix it and if needed consult with the owner or tenant to solve it.
