Tenant Selection

All rental properties, vacant or not are shown to prospective tenants by our property managers.  This allows for the efficiency of showing the unit to its best potential and ensures that everything will go smoothly.  Also this enables for us to talk to and observe each prospective tenant in person.  To further screen these prospects, our managers perform Rent Check's (credit background check) and use other means to determine if that person is suitable.
